Area of Jurisdiction:
Comprised of 11 Municipalities, namely: Aguinaldo, Alfonso, Lista, Asipulo, Banaue, Hingyon, Hungduan, Kiangan, Lagawe, Lamut, Mayoyao, and Tinoc. The district shall be bounded as follows: on the East, by the Province of Isabela; on the West by the Province of Benguet; on the South by the Province of Nueva Vizcaya; and on the North by Mountain Province.
