The district shall be bounded as follows: on the north, by Muelle del Rio going northeast to Arroceros St., then to Concepcion St., going east to Romuladez St., turning westward to United Nations Avenue then going eastward to General Luna St., (Medical Center is not included) connecting to Angel Linao St., going eastward to Pres. Quirino turning to South Super Highway then turning southwest to Vito Cruz, going westward and connecting to Roxas Blvd., in the western portion turning westward to Muelle San Francisco going to Muelle Tacoma thereby turning to Muelle de Codo on the northwest descending to Muelle del Rio on the north.
