Area of Jurisdiction:

Comprised of Barangays 306 to 309, 383 to 543 and 545 to 648. The district shall be bounded as follows:

Quiapo District On the North by C.M. Recto Avenue starting from Rizal Avenue going east passing through Quezon Blvd., up to Legarda St; on the East by Legarda St. going south passing through P. Casal up to Ayala Bridge; on the South by C. Palanca Sr. St. going west passing under Quezon Bridge to Rizal Avenue; and on the West by Rizal Avenue going north up to C.M. Recto.

Sampaloc District On the north by Blumentritt St. passing through España Blvd. up to G. Tuazon; on the East by G. Tuazon going through Gov. Forbes then to Legarda St. up to C.M. Recto; on the South by C.M. Recto Avenue up to A. Mendoza St. Bounded; and on the West by A. Mendoza St. passing through Gov. Forbes then to Dimasalang St. up to Blumentritt.

San Miguel District On the North by Gov. Forbes and Nagtahan St.; on the East by J.P. Laurel St. going south passing through N. Padilla St. to Gen. Solano St. up to P. Casal; on the South by Ayala Bridge along Gen. Solano St.; on the East by P. Casal St. going North to Legarda St. then going East to Mendiola, then West going to Concepion Aguila St. passing J.P. Laurel St. up to Gov. Forbes and Nagtahan.

Sta. Mesa District On the North by Batanes St. corner G. Tuazon going South passing through Santol St., then R. Magsaysay Blvd., Old Sta. Mesa up to the San Juan River; on the East by San Juan River; on the South by Nagtahan St., going North to G. Tuazon St., passing through R. Magsaysay Blvd., then Gov. Forbes St.; on the West by G. Tuazon St. going North up to Batanes St.
