Area of Jurisdiction:
Comprised of Municipalities, namely: Atok, Bakun, Bokod, Buguias, Kabayan, Kapangan, Kibungon, Itogon, Mankayan, Sablan, Tuba, Tublay and its capital, the municipality of La Trinidad. The district shall be bounded as follows: on the north, by Mountain Province; on the East, by the Provinces of Vizcaya and Ifugao; on the west, by the provinces of La Union and Ilocos Sur; and on the south, by the province of Pangasinan.
