Comprised of 16 Municipalities, to wit: Agno, Aguilar, Alaminos, Anda, Bani, Binmaley, Bolinao, Bugallon, Burgos, Dasol, Infanta, Labrador, Lingayen, Mabini, Mangatarem and Sual. The district shall be bounded as follows: on the north by Brgy. Lucao, Dagupan City; on the south by Brgy. Cabaluyan, San Clemente, Tarlac; on the east by China Sea and on the west by Brgy. Maya, Sta. Cruz, Zambales.
